Program/Rotation/Description: The Graduate Midwifery Program provides support to newly qualified midwives to consolidate their knowledge and skills in caring for women and babies throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal journey. The graduate year is supported by the midwifery education team, the broader midwifery group and the medical team within the service. On successful completion of the program, graduates are employed in an ongoing capacity within the organisation.
