Program/Rotation/Description: Casterton Memorial Hospital (CMH) is a campus of Western District Health Service (WDHS). CMH is a small rural facility that provides two rotations through acute and aged care across the year. The four-day orientation week is provided onsite at Hamilton with graduates from other sites. Graduates will attend at multiple study days onsite at Hamilton and will be supported at Casterton by the Graduate support team. Each graduate will have a preceptor to provide mentoring throughout the program.
The program also includes a three-week placement at Hamilton Hospital for acute regional exposure.
Annual leave will be undertaken during the course.
CMH can provide a single room in a share house if required.
