Program/Rotation/Description: Inglewood and Districts Health Service offers a Graduate Nurse Program to newly registered nurses and provides the opportunity to work across our 35 residential aged care beds, 8 bed acute care ward and 2 bed Urgent Care Centre. Graduates will be provided with the opportunity to integrate theory into practice and consolidate clinical skills in a highly supportive environment. Successful applicants will receive supernumerary orientation shifts, and access to professional development study days in conjunction with Bendigo Health. Our graduate program provides an opportunity to be a part of delivering care in a small rural health service setting with a strong connection to the community. Flexible intake dates available.
