Program/Rotation/Description: Boort District Health offers a Graduate Nurse Program to newly registered nurses and provides the opportunity to work across our 25 residential aged care beds, 7 bed acute care ward and 2 bed Urgent Care Centre. Graduates will be provided with the opportunity to integrate theory into practice and consolidate clinical skills in a highly supportive environment. Successful applicants will receive supernumerary orientation shifts, and access to professional development study days in conjunction with Kerang District health. Our graduate program provides an opportunity to be a part of delivering care in a small rural health service setting.
