Program/Rotation/Description: GV Health’s Graduate Nurse Program provides a supportive environment helping the learner make them transition from student to professional.
The program offers a range of experiences and opportunities to consolidate skills and knowledge while encouraging self-directed learning and reflective practice.
Participants become part of a team where you can practice safely and know where to go for support and answers.
At GV Health we offer general rotations in medical ward, surgical ward, sub acute/palliative care ward,
Tatura and Waranga Campus. We also offer at least one specialty rotation, these include: Emergency Department, Critical Care Unit, Haemodialysis, Oncology, Mental Health,
Midwifery (BN/BM Graduates only), Paediatric Unit, Special Care Nursery, Theatre and Day Procedure Unit, District Nursing Service and Radiology.
