Program/Rotation/Description: The structure of the Graduate Nurse Program includes two rotations with the opportunity to preference many different clinical areas.
Our general nursing graduate nurses participate in a well-structured and highly supportive program that offers many learning and development opportunities.
Program features include:
• 12-month program with supernumerary time and graduated workload during your transition
• Two 6-month rotations across a range of acute clinical areas with additional clinical specialities as an option
• Choice of Acute ward stream, Mixed acute ward/speciality stream and an potential 12 month Operating theatre stream.
• Flexible part-time or full-time work options
• Five paid study days
• Dedicated graduate coordinator and clinical support team
• Regular wellbeing support during your transition
