Program/Rotation/Description: Developed with graduates in mind, our program offers aspiring mental health nurses an environment where they can flourish, and develop the contemporary knowledge and skills required to have a fulfilling career in mental health nursing. The mental health stream of the Graduate Nurse Program comprises of two six-month mental health rotations followed by the Clinical Advancement Program where you will complete additional two rotations across multiple mental health bed based and specialty areas under the full support of our clinical nurse educators. Rotation placements will be across a variety of bed-based and community adult services, infant, child and youth services and specialty services including statewide neuropsychiatry and psychological trauma and recovery services.
