Program/Rotation/Description: Empowering early-career nurses to develop their skills, achieve their goals, and build long-lasting careers at Austin Health while delivering safe, patient-centered care. Graduate nurses participate in a well-structured and highly supportive program that offers many learning and development opportunities. These include two six-month clinical rotations across a wide range of specialties.
