Program/Rotation/Description: Collaborative program partnering with Grampians health Ballarat. The Graduate nurses will be employed by Beaufort and Skipton health service. and will be included in the Grampians health transition to practice study days. There are three rotations ( 16- 17 weeks) each graduate will rotate to the Skipton Campus Acute/sub acute aged care, Beaufort Campus Acute/Sub Acute and Aged care and the third rotation is to the Emergency department at Grampians health Ballarat
