Bendigo Health – Aged Care

Program/Rotation/Description: The Aged Care Graduate Program provides an opportunity for graduate registered nurses to experience two six-month rotations at different high-level care nursing homes. The program is well structured with paid study days, as well as support from within each department and also from our team of Clinical Nurse Educators. On successful completion of the program, graduates are employed in an ongoing capacity within the organisation.
