Bendigo Health – Aged Care

Stream/Rotation/Description: The Aged Care Graduate Program provides an opportunity for graduate registered nurses to experience two six month rotations within BHs Residential Care facilities. Graduates will have the opportunity to develop their clinical knowledge and skills, alongside their teamwork and leadership skills, as they provide care to residents of high level care facilities. The program is well structured with paid study days, as well as support from within each department and also from our team of Clinical Support Nurses, Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants. On successful completion of the program, graduates are employed in an ongoing capacity within the organisation.
