Program/Rotation/Description: Holmesglen is a modern 147-bed facility, opened in 2017, offering a wide range of specialised services including orthopaedics, plastics, oncology, vascular, urology, bariatric surgery, ENT, acute medical and respiratory medicine, and rehabilitation. The site features a 24-hour Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Coronary Care Unit, and nine operating theatres.
General Program - consists of two six-month rotations across diverse specialty wards, with supernumerary support, orientation, and study days focusing on key skills.
Perioperative Program - three four-month rotations across scrub/scout, anaesthetics, and PACU, with extended supernumerary time and dedicated theatre study days.
