Program/Rotation/Description: The Combined Nursing and Midwifery Graduate Program is a supported transition year designed to build confidence, competence, and professional growth through a three week orientation, dedicated study days, and supernumerary time at the start of each rotation. Graduates receive strong, consistent support from a Graduate Nurse Educator, dedicated Ward Educators, Clinical Support Nurses, and experienced preceptors across both nursing and midwifery settings. This dual stream program offers graduates the opportunity to develop foundational and advanced skills in both disciplines, strengthening clinical judgement, holistic care, and continuity of care capabilities within a structured and supportive environment. Rotations include: • Midwifery / Ward 1 (rotating through Antenatal, Postnatal, Birth Suite & Special Care Nursery. • Ward 6 – Adult Surgical / Paediatrics
