Late Vacancy Process

• All Late Vacancy applications must be submitted directly to Health Services listed with current vacancies.
• PMCV will not be opening a Match process for the Late Vacancy Process.
• The PMCV Candidate Portal has closed.
• Candidates cannot add or update referees or change their 2025 Match application.
• PMCV will maintain vacancy numbers in the Health Service Directory and are subject to change.
• For all application-related enquiries, please contact the relevant Health Service directly.

Using the Directory

• You do not need to use the Late Vacancy filter all available positions will be shown.
• Click on a Health Service and select “More Details” to view program information and access their website.
• Visit each Health Service’s official website for specific application instructions.
• Where available, explore tourism links to learn more about regional and rural opportunities.
• Each Health Service is responsible for onboarding candidates and issuing employment contracts.
• Vacancy listings will be updated as offers are made. If a vacancy is removed, it means the position has been filled.
• Please note: Graduate programs, their details and available position numbers are subject to change.
