Program/Rotation/Description: The Critical Care Graduate Program provides an opportunity for graduate registered nurses to experience two six month rotations within BHs Critical Care division.
Graduates will have the opportunity to preference rotations to the Emergency Department or Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, experience a rotation to 6A (Short Stay Observation Unit and Assessment and Treatment Unit) and have supernumerary time in the Intensive Care Unit.
The program is well structured with paid study days, as well as support from within each department and also from our team of Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants. On successful completion of the program, graduates are employed in an ongoing capacity within the organisation.
