Program/Rotation/Description: The structure of the Graduate Nurse Program includes two rotations with the opportunity to preference many different clinical areas. This aims to expose Graduates to a wide variety of patient presentations and models of care that reflect the advances in modern healthcare.
We continue to develop Graduates theoretical and clinical skills through four study days including extended clinical skills and ACTION, as well as Graduate Tutorials and ward-based competencies and education.
Graduates are provided an ongoing position, where there are many continuing professional development opportunities available including RISE (Registered Nurse Introduction to Speciality Education), Postgraduate programs with our affiliated universities and other clinical and leadership programs.
