Program/Rotation/Description: The Mental Health Graduate Nurse Program offers participants the chance to complete three rotations throughout the year. During this program, participants will gain experience in both inpatient and community settings, providing a comprehensive understanding of nursing in the mental health specialty.
The program includes five days of orientation, 12 paid study days, as well as individual and group clinical supervision and support during each rotation. Upon successfully completing the program, graduates are offered ongoing employment within the organisation.
